On Saturday April 8 and Sunday April 9 (Easter Sunday) 2023 , handball club Jupiter ’76 from Franeker is organizing the international indoor handball tournament for the “Jupitercup” for the 30th time.

This large indoor handball tournament will take place at the sports complex “De Trije” on the Hertog van Saxenlaan in Franeker. On 4 fields under 1 roof both days, about 1000 fanatic handball players will fight for the ‘Jupiter Cup’.

The tournament is organized for youth and senior players in 4 age categories and specified in the invitation letter. Teams for 2023 are invited from Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Sweden, Switzerland, and, of course, the Netherlands.

For such a large international tournament to succeed, good arbitration is a must. Therefore, it is intended that most of the tournament will be whistled by pairs. The morning matches (the B and C youth) will be partially solo whistled.

We invite you to participate in this tournament as a referee. You can apply for this until Feb. 1, 2023.
